- Summary
Namisuke is a dinosaur-looking fairy who lives in Suginami Ward. He appears in various places that are rooted in the lives of children and the community. There are buses covered with illustrations of Namisuke running around and Namisuke’s cakes on sale in the ward… he is always working hard somewhere in Suginami Ward to tell people about the excellence of Suginami.
